“Wow! What a beautiful spot. After a last minute cancellation from a reservation we had, our small family (plus our family dog) had to scramble to find a new place. We stumbled upon Jason’s listing and were quickly interested based on the amenities, the location and the photos! What a gorgeous place. Even better than the photos! Jason was responsive to our needs (not that we needed much as the house had it all!). There was plenty of room, lots of clutter-free space, all nicely decorated, well equipped and comfy. Each room felt luxurious and well thought out. Lots of nice little touches for travelers as well, like charging ports in each room (major bonus), complementary bottled water and coffee, etc. We easily got Ubers to pick us up and drop us back off, keeping the truck safely in the garage during our stay. Close to the Mass Ave area was important to us. So glad that our first reservation got canceled because this place was a gem! Will definitely book here again.”

“We've had a wonderful visit at this beautiful home in Indianapolis. Jason and Kris were absolutely fantastic hosts: friendly, quick to respond and as newer Airbnb'ers, made everything easy for us! The home was comfortable, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully furnished. We were grateful to find such a high-end place that also welcomed pets. In particular we appreciated the rooftop deck spa-like master bath and open kitchen/dining area. Parking was convenient and having the ability to charge our EV for free was a huge bonus! We loved walking around the Holly Cross neighborhood with its mix of beautifully restored Victorian and modern homes. As far as going out on the town, the location was perfect: close to downtown Indianapolis, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and the Convention Center. We're planning on staying here again when we're back in town for a game concert or convention. We highly recommend this home and look forward to staying here again soon!”

“As a retired military officer and former law enforcement professional, I’ve stayed in many places over the years, have a very high bar for what I consider clean and orderly, and this home ranks among the best. I brought my children and grandchildren for a stay in Indianapolis, and everyone had a great time. The house is spotless, well-furnished, and clearly cared for with pride. Two large TVs in common areas, TVs in every bedroom, phone and laptop chargers in every room and next to each side of the bed (I've never seen so many chargers even in nicer hotels), and a gaming system loaded with every classic game we could think of which helped keep the grandkids busy for hours. The rooftop deck was a favorite for the adults — perfect for relaxing and taking in the skyline. The location was ideal — just minutes from Mass Ave and a quick ride-share to anywhere downtown. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and check-in was seamless. Highly recommend this home for families visiting!”

“What a beautiful home in an up and coming part of Indy. The updates are amazing and the quality of the home is top notch. Anyone looking for a spot near either downtown or Fountain Square should really consider this place. Plus it has a garage (that my Ram 1500 actually fits in) and a rooftop patio.
